Succulent Hearts are the perfect décor for the season of love! This special DIY kit comes with all the supplies needed to create your own planted heart.
Each Kit Includes:
-6.5x6.5in Handmade Wooden Heart
-Succulent Cuttings (varies in color)
-Spanish Moss
-Crafting + Care Instructions
*Please provide your own white glue or hot glue if you choose to adhesively attach the succulents*
-Each heart measures 7inx7in, and comes with a metal hanger on the backside.
-Succulent selection varies, as each heart is made fresh to order
-To care for the succulent hearts, mist gently with water 1-2x per week. Succulents thrive in bright light locations. Care cards come with each order.
