Q: How do I care for the succulent arrangements after received?

A: The best rule of thumb I use for succulent care is misting twice a week. Certain arrangements are created by adhesively attaching succulent cuttings to the arrangement vessel. The succulent cuttings are attached in the arrangement using adhesive glue in the moss that is covering the soil. As the succulents start to grow in the moss, they may became loose. If this happens, apply either basic white glue, hot glue, or tacky glue at the base of the cutting to secure it back in place. 


Q: How do I keep the succulent alive at it's best condition?

A: To keep the succulent alive, mist with a spray bottle every couple of days. If the succulents look wilted or are slowly starting to die, replanting can be an option.


Q: What is the return policy?

A: There is NO RETURN POLICY. If there is an issue with the selected purchase, please don't hesitate to reach me at my email, insucculentlove@gmail.com, and I'll be happy to help you with any concern or issue. 


Q: How long will it take to receive my purchase?

A: Please allow 1-2 weeks to fully process the order. Once the order is processed, allow up to 3-5 days for shipment. If you need an order shipped at short notice, please contact us for a $30 rush fee. Due to the holidays or potential delays, some orders may take up to 3 weeks to be processed for shipment. Please be patient with our small business, and we will fulfill your order!

Q: What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

A: Ship Happens! We understand that shipping live plants can be a unique task to take on, and we do our best to carefully package all plants as safe as possible. But of course, ‘Ship Happens’ beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the box arriving. Please take photos of the damage, shipping box and label. Our boxes are insured, but due to the live nature of the product, we have to submit any shipping claim within a certain time period, which is why we need to be notified within 24 hours of the box arriving. Normal transit shuffle may occur, such as; one or two leaves broken, a little bit of soil around the box, etc. This is normal and will not affect the plants from growing.
